We are proud to say that our cosmetics are both people- and earth-friendly.

In their book, Absolute Beauty: Radiant Skin and Inner Harmony Through the Ancient Secrets of Ayurveda, authors Pratima Raichur and Marian Cohn write: “Skin is alive, and lifeless chemicals cannot give life back to the skin.” This is an accurate expression of our philosophy, as well!

So, you won’t find any harsh chemicals in our cosmetics – chemicals like sodium laureth sulfate, sodium lauroyl sulfate, TEA, DEA, parabens, triclosan, artificial colors, etc. Instead of synthetic fragrances, we use only pure essential oils. Essential oils are expensive, but they work wonders for the skin and hair, and are the only possible choices for use in cosmetics that are truly holistic and earth-friendy.

How do we make each new product? First, we do extensive research, looking for old formulas, secret remedies and herbal prescriptions. Then our scientist / formulation chemist develops each new product, using time-proven formulas, coupled with today’s scientific knowledge.
